Alex Iles

Alex is a Customer Experience (CX) SME and heads up North Highland UK’s CX Practice. He has helped multi-billion pound companies in the UK and the US design new CX propositions and shape “Omni-Channel” CX programmes. He has also developed and embedded unique CX frameworks for clients to help build internal capability in this discipline. Alex has over 7 years of consulting experience and 3 years of experience within the Customer Services function of a leading UK Retailer.
