He joined North Highland when there were only 25 employees and has been highly instrumental in the growth of the company.

Karla successfully counsels clients on complex organizational and transaction-based transformation projects across a range of industries, including: oil & gas, renewable energy, utilities, defense, intelligence, and non-profit. Katherine works with executive management and project teams to improve organization processes for safety and reliability, reduce capital program and business process risks, and resolve program/ project crisis and disputes in the energy industries.
